1. Admin Summary Report

Create a custom export tool that maintains anonymity but allows the Admin to pull information on usage and individual scores.

2. Email Reminders

Develop email reminders based on individual goals and activities. For example, send a reminder one week before a goal is set as "due." Send a reminder two weeks after a user creates a development plan. In addition, develop email reminders for entire population – for example, create an email to go out to both current users and IT professionals who have not yet registered, reminding them of upcoming Talent Management Discussions or mid-year reviews, and prompting them to use the tool to enhance these discussions.

4. Annual Self Survey Feature

Each year JnJ plans to offer a new self-assessment, i.e., “Self Assessment 2010”, “Self Assessment 2011”, etc. Starting Jan - annual self and 360 surveys will be available. Starting Jan 1, 2012 and annually thereafter - Self Assessment 2012” will be available for all new or returning users.
