Marriott Career Journey Online is a portal where IR professionals come to explore and define a career path, view and commit to learning activities and experiences for professional development, aspire to achieve career goals, create a career development plan and generally assist in mapping out a career journey at Marriott.

FEATURES NOT AVAILABLE IN INITIAL RELEASE
- Uploading of multiple resources. (check for duplicates)
- Feature to allow admins to get to the heatmap regardless of profile status; and controls to edit the text and links on heatmap page.
- Publish/Unpublish does not yet hide resource for users.
- Block from What’s Popular does not yet block resources.
- Sorting on list columns not implemented – default listing of resources by most recently added/edited.
- Delete resources not yet available (only for resources not yet added to Dev Plans)
- bugzilla bug - image links are lost from books when a resource is edited.
